  3. Add your tomato paste, and kidney beans, as well as your stock. If you don't have any stock, simply add 3 cups of water, and two stock cubes.
  4. Add ground cumin, chill powder and scotch bonnet.
  5. Leave to simmer uncovered and on low heat for about 45 minutes - 1 hour (or more). Until the beans are well cooked
