- Boil chicken with water till tender and 1/4 cup stock is left.
- Make batter withegg, flour, cornflour. Baking powder, salt,black pepper n water.
- Dip cooled chicken pcs. In batter n deep fry in hot oil till crispy.
- Dont overcrowd the chicken whole frying. Fry 4 to 5 pcs. At a time.
- Put 2 tbsp oil, fry garlic n green chillies. Add in sauces and seasonings alongwith left over stock.
- As boil occurs add in fried chicken toss it n dish out.
- Serve hot with dinner rolls n garnish with corriander leaves.
