  2. Add boilrd gobhi floretd & deep fry in hot oil.
  3. Now in kadhai / pan heat oil
  4. Saute garlic, ginger, chilli spring onion.
  5. Add capsicum onion & saute till they shrink slightely.
  6. Now add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt to taste, sugar mix well.
  7. Now add corn flour paste give quick stir.
  8. Add fried gobhi spring onion, sessama seed(white) stir gently.
  9. Finally serve chilli got hot as a starter.
