- 1/2 cup fresh cream or malai
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 spoon green chilli sauce
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped in small cubes
- As needed Mayonnaise for spreading
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes

- For Sabudana Tikki first soak Sabudana in same quantity water for half an hour so that it becomes soft.
- Then add boiled mashed potatoes in proper soaked Sabudana and mix well.Add Carom seeds,chilli powder and salt according to taste in it.make a soft dough.Make Tikkis from the prepared dough and fry these Tikkis to golden brown in colour.

- Now take fresh cream in a bowl and add tomato sauce,chilli sauce and salt and achaar masala(leftover masala) in this and mix well.and apply this cream sauce on one side of bread slice.Now on Tawa heat one spoon oil and shallow fry the capsicum cubes.keep this aside.


- Now place Sabudana Tikkis on the bread slice on which we have applied cream sauce.Now put chopped onion,tomato and lightly fried capsicum small cubes on it.
