  21. 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  22. 2 tbsp corn flour
  23. as required Water
  24. as required Spring onion for garnish

Instructions to make Red Chilli Paneer

  1. In bowl take all-purpose of flour, corn flour and mix well and warp the cottage cheese cubes with it. Take some kashmiri red chilli powder and water mixture, salt and warp the cottage cheese cubes properly and fry them.keep aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil,add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, onion, capsicum, salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, kashmiri red chilli powder, water paste, tomato ketchup and saute them.take out some veggies for chilli Paneer gravy. Put some corn flour and water mixture in it and put fried cottage cheese cubes.Mix well and garnish the dry chilli Paneer with spring onion.
  3. In a pan put the remaining veggies, salt, fried cottage cheese cubes, corn flour and water mixture, some soya sauce and cool it. Chilli Paneer gravy will get ready. In this way two types of restaurant style chilli Paneer will get ready at home. It's so tasty.
