- 1 teaspoon chana dal

- 1 tablespoon peanuts

- 5-10 curry leaves

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon hing/asafoetida
- handful Dry fruits (cashew, almond,raisins)
- For sauce
- 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Instructions to make Lemon rice and chilli Milly sauce
- Soak rice, take vessel pour water and let it boil add rice aftr straining and let it cook, strain the water

- Take kadai add oil or ghee or butter put rai(mustard seeds) add curry leaves, hing, urad dal, chana dal, peanuts and dry fruits let it roast


- Add salt turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well, add cooked rice and lemon juice mix well

- Lemon rice and chilli Milly sauce ready to serve
