  8. Now add cubed onion, capsicum, tomato and cook until it gets slightly soft and tender but don't over cook as they should be bit crunchier.
  9. Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes, honey and salt and mix well and cook.
  10. Take a bowl add corn starch and water to make a thin batter. Then add it and mix well.
  11. Now add fried mushrooms into it and cook for 2 mins and turn off the flame.
  12. Dry chilli garlic mushroom are ready, serve hot as snacks or with rice.
