  9. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  10. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  11. To taste salt
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  14. 1 tsp ginger, chopped
  15. 2 tbsp green spinach
  16. 4 tbsp cornflour
  17. 2 tsp vinegar
  18. As required Oil

Steps to make Soyabean Chilli

  1. Soak the soyabadi 1 hour. Squeeze the badi in a mixing bowl add salt, red chilli powder turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, 1tsp vinegar and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well. Then add cornflour mix it well, then let it rest for half and hour.
  2. Heat a pan add oil and deep fry the soya badi. Transfer it to a kitchen towel.
  3. Heat again a wok add 1tbsp oil add chopped ginger, garlic and saute it. Then add onion cube then saute it again for 2 minutes. Then add capsicum chopped, again saute it for another minute. Now put fried soyabadi and all sauces, black pepper powder, 1tsp vinegar and mix it well. Add green spinach mix it and turn off the gas.
  4. Serve with hot chapati.
