- 1 tbsp garlic

- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup water
- To taste salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp cornflour paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- As needed coriander leave

- In the bowl add boiled potato,paneer,cheese and add other ingrdients and mix it and keep aside for 10 minute.
- Take the mixture and make small balls and coat with cornflour and double fry the balls.
- Chopped the veggies.
- Take a pan add oil,ginger,garlic,and onion and saute few minute. then add veggies and cook it few minute.
- Then add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt,and black pepper and water and bring one boil.
- Then add balls and cook it few minute. the mixture add cornflour paste and cook it few minute.
- Serve it hot.
